Whether you choose to rent one of our Private Pool Homes or you prefer a hotel room, it's important to know that Walt Disney World is not actually IN Orlando.

Walt Disney World is NEAR Orlando.

   While the Disney theme parks are located in the extreme SouthWest corner of Orlando's ORANGE County, the main entrance - called MAINGATE - is in the rural town of KISSIMMEE, in OSCEOLA County, the next County South.        The Fairest of Them All receives
a rose from her favorite admirer.
The Magic Kingdom.
   Orlando, on the other hand, is 20+ miles to the Northeast on I-4. And when there's an accident on I-4 you can sit in traffic for hours.
   To be close to ALL the theme parks look for lodging in WEST Kissimmee near or on U.S.192 or in Lake Buena Vista, near or on State Roads 535 or 536. Either State Road will provide you with access to Disney World through the EASTgate entrance, also known as Epcot Center Drive, however entering through Eastgate can be confusing for those unfamiliar with Disney World's road system.

   Best bet: Look for lodging near I-4's exit 64. (formerly exit 25) Exit 64 takes you onto a beautifully renovated US 192, now a six lane Boulevard to Disney's Maingate, the MAIN entrance to Walt Disney World. Entering through Maingate is especially recommended as it takes you onto World Drive, Disney World Resort's main access boulevard to ALL theme parks and other Disney World attractions, too. Like Disney's ESPN CLUB on The Boardwalk, a Sports Lounge & Restaurant where you'll never miss a minute of the game. There are TV's everywhere, including the restrooms! There's also Downtown Disney, Cirque du Soleil, Interactive Disney, The House of Blues, Planet Hollywood, Pleasure Island and much more. With a total area of 43 square miles, WDW is a city by itself.

If we have availability for your dates, we’ll be happy to enter your reservation request and tell you exactly what your visit will cost, with no strings attached, no hidden "add-ons" and no surprises. For a prompt & personal response, please include your phone number with e-mail.

Next, we’ll ask for a reservation deposit* in the amount of $200 or so, depending on the season, length of visit, etc. Your reservation deposit may be paid on line with any major debit/credit card.

Once your reservation deposit is received, your reservation REQUEST becomes CONFIRMED. Once confirmed, your reservation is guaranteed and you may rest assured we will not change it.
